Anyone and hdfc bank - Amazon and hdfc back not give my money

Hello sir my refund from Amazon issue on * November to my hdfc bank account and I get a message from hdfc bank that ***** rs credited/reversed by Amazon and this can take * to * working day to saw in your my account in this period my hdfc account was colesed on * November and my refund cannot completed. I have a reference number generated for this transaction Now the bank saying that they cannot give any amount t go to amazon and talk them fro your refund and same thing saying amazon go to the bank and ask them for your amount .
