No broker packer and movers - altering the given quote nearing the moving date

I purchased a no broker tenant plan to find house and finally i found one. Then no broker called me to help with movers amd packers, and gave a quote of *bhk for **** not once but *-* times saying they are givng me discounted price after reducing my amaount paid for tenant plan and some other discounts. So around a month ago i payed the token amount of **** to schedule my shifting on **th may.

few days ago i saw that in their app *bhk is mentioned instead of * bhk. I msgsd them and they assured that " sir ur quotation is for *bhk"
I have ss of this chat. plus recordings of the quote call.

Now its so close to moving and they are calling me asking for *k mor* saying " sir our sales guy gave u a wrong quote.
we will increase ur quote by *k now.

I was in touch with many movers and Packers and i cancelled their offer because of this quotation only and now they are asking me more money. Even if they had to do this, they could have done this * month ago so that i would have looked for other packers and movers at better prices. Why now? so close to moving date whn other companies will ask mor* charges. Its cheating, and even after saying that you guys assured me this quote multiple times and evn over chat few days ago, they are still admant at taking *k more.
