Levis - Alteration done was pathetic and the product is of no use

I have purchased a levis white color jeans from Camacho street branch and was highly satisfied. However after alteration, the product is of no use. It is a waste. The person did not do it correctly and cut short the length much more than informed. I will purchase the same jeans from pantaloons but want refund of the same. Such a shame that a alteration guy doesn't know how to do his job.
