Mother sparsh - Allergy caused to toddler

I have been using mother sparsh products for my kids aged *.* years and ** months since they were born. I hadn't faced any issue before. Last week I applied plant powered baby lotion on my *.* year old and it gave him a severe allergy. His face and neck where the cream was applied turned red and his face swelled up a bit.
We noticed the reaction he was having to the cream and immidiately got him to wash his face.
I informed about this incident to mothersparsh via email on **th april and heard back on the **th of april that they are checking it with their quality control team. It's been almost * days I haven't heard back from them.
