Beltway - Alleged charges

Was charged with ₹**** of cancelled transactions fee for just * transactions that I was unaware of and the way the amount was took was illegal without notifying me prior and taking the money from my winnings withdrawn that was on **/**/** of ₹****
I want my money deposited to my bank account and also the charges made on my account to be removed because I wasn’t aware of it and I wasn’t informed at the moment that occurred.
The money that I was anticipating and wasn’t credited to my account was important to me as I’m dealing with financial hardships as I was unemployed, I only requested to get my money credited to my account and the chargers to be removed. But I received a mail that beltway is not monitoring the mailbox.
