I have been to bank multiple times. I have been told that printer is not working, come later and n number of excuses. Bank is not providing me passbook or ATM card. Also, I tried to get my enable my net banking and I have been told it requires ATM. This has become an endless loop.I have been chasing them over a month just to withdraw my balance. I even asked them to give me all my money and close my account but they are not helping me at all, Behavior is extremely casual towards me. I feel mentally harrased
