Bajaj Finances - All my available balance amount were deducted from my 2 flexi personal loan

I have taken * flexi personal loan, they have given some advantages if customer added some amount to the loan account, EMI calculated based on the utilized amount only. So I was using this flexibility benefit around * years. And I do not have any EMI pending so far. But suddenly on April ****, they have deducted all my available amount from my both the loan account. One loan has available unutilized balance of Rs. ******.** on **st March ****. Other loan was having available unutilized balance of Rs. ******.** on *th April ****.

I have raised may concern to wecare@bajajfinserv.in, grievanceredressalteam@bajajfinserv.in, customerexperiencehead@bajajfinserv.in but there is no responds from them. When I called on this ***-********, they listen my initial conversation and disconnect the call. Below are the some tickets for my complaints, BajajFin Team closed the tickets without any resolution and comment.

But now when I send email they even doesn’t care about anything. The complaint started from **th April onwards.
Please help me to get my issue resolved and get amount refund. In this very critical situation I am indeed of this money.
