they asked me for PDI, car inspection.
As confirmed between us, Sales person Eshita mam, &Team leader during our visits.
while inspection I found the car is too rough and old too(Feb**)
This was shocking how they dare to do so.
After that their AGM Vicky sir joined,all points explained to him,actually he told me the car is
Feb **mfg, after i took photo of VIN num.
He committed he will replace with other car, in */*, days. He failed. Then we come to know that the model production stopped some where in March/June **
And
strange thing is delar didn't know this inDec**,?!!!?
Means after knowing every things. They fooled us smartly. And we came to know after all money paid
Actually they cheated us and also SBI
from **/**/** to, today **/**/**
no action taken and are using our money.
Already cancelled booking done once after that on **/**/** they sent a mail after meeting, saying they will give
Tigor Xz cng,dual CYL lower model, and we will again pay *****,we agreed.
Also as delivery is after */*weeks , we also confirmed after paying *****/-we will not pay any additional charges at the time of delivery. Though cost increase, it will be beard by them only. Two days after committed, they again, msiled after two days that,
some features are added and price may increase.... about we already discussed and committed from them, they will take care.

so they are using our money,
just making delay.
Two days back , I again sent mail of cancellation.
all my communication is also shared with customer care tata
but no proper reply or action from reputed trustworthy Tata.
we are really suffering from tension, by this cheating and mental harrasment
next month installment is due.
we also mailed to SBI bank.
plz help us out, urgently.so that we get our money back.
we don't want car from Tata now.
