Ajio Com - AJIo sent a wrong product and claims not been sent by them

On ** March I ordered adidas Ultraboost web DNA women shoes from AJIo website . Received courier on ** March and to my surprise it was some cheap men’s shoe of some unknown brand and without a tag but with the receipt of shoe that I had actually ordered. I filed a refund complained both through their website with the pictures of the order I received and also through their customer care on ** March itself . The product was returned next day itself . On *th of April they send me mail stating that they will not be refunding the amount as they have received a Non AJIo product and that they will be returning the same product . Also they tell me to accept that product. That is the heights of this website . First their seller sends a wrong product and then they say they receive a non ajio product.I want my refund back by all means .that shoe costed me **** ₹ and they send a ***₹ shoe . Unacceptable to fraud people like this .
