Revangi - AJIO No exchange but only Return at my address

I recently ordered an item (Women Pants with Elasticated Waist Band) in AJIO app (on **/**/****) that got delivered to me on **/**/****. As I am not satisfied with the size of the item(i.e., *XL) , I wanted to exchange the item for a different size (i.e., *XL). But the app is showing NO EXCHANGE for my pincode but RETURN is available for the same pincode. I want an exchange but not a return. I even contacted the customer care but they are also saying same thing. I clearly want an exchange but not return. It is clearly a scam for their profit.
