airlines - Airticket Refund

I have never experienced this kind of things before, it is really very disappointing as there is NO REMINDER from your side prior to ** hours Flight departure.

I could have cancel it or request for the refund.

I have never experienced this kind of things before, it is really very disappointing as there is NO REMINDER Email or message from your side prior to ** hours Flight departure. Really it’s been very frustrating.

No reminder messages or emails prior departure, I was not well and was not in a situation to call your customer service or email bcoz i was not in an position to do that.

Hence i request you to Refund my money.
