Vijayaraghavan filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Sep 7, 2020
I was having Airtel connection for the last ** years, now i have decided to upgrade it to xtreme connection , but i dont see any benefit in xtreme set top box and asked them to give my HD connection back, but they came back and said that we cannot degrade. So i decided to cancel the connection, but they are not ready to accept the set top box. I have got the set top box on **th of August and i cancelled the connection by **st of August itself, surprised to see that there is no return policy for the products
