Airtel Xsafe - Airtel X Safe Cameras Not working

I have * Airtel security cameras installed at my residence. The same
has not been working for the past * days now.

I have registered the service request (*-**YKZH*K) and was conveyed
the engineer would visit within ** hours but nobody has visited nor I
have received any call.

After repeated calls to the service centre I was conveyed the matter
had been escalated and I would receive the call soon. But no call has
been given to me by the concerned escalated team.

This type of service by Airtel XSafe is highly not called for. I am an
Airtel Black customer with Mobile, Internet and DTH plans on my name.

My cameras have been offline for the past * days and god forbid if
something goes wrong at my residence will Airtel be responsible for
the same?
