Airtel prepaid - Airtel Voucher issue

I have got * of * GB vouchers from airtel, after adding them in the app I am unable to redeem the voucher. I have contacted customer care, they were very rude and referred me to some manager. He is not more rude and referred me to email team. Someone called Nithin Nachappa(Nodal officer) replied to my email saying he will resolve it in ** hours. After * days also no response from him. Also no response for my followup emails.
