Archana filed complaint against Airtel mobile recharge on Jun 25, 2020
I tried to recharge my prepaid connection but by mistake it was recharged to some other number.I have been told by the airtel customer that the amount will be refunded since i recharged using the airtel app.I am continuously following with airtel customer care from past *.* months who kept on postponing the refund credit.I am really tiered communicating with them and i have other financial losses due to this incident.I would request you to kndle provide me some solution to this.
