Airtel Payment Bank - Airtel Payments bank denying amount reversal

Plz look into this gravely serious issue on critical basis. I am escalating this issue to RBI and will request them to take prompt action like moratorium or license cancellation. Below are the complete details of the issue.


Below are the three transaction IDs for the payment to Amazon on **th July. **** and refund processed by Amazon against order cancellation.

Airtel Payments bank transaction id - ********** for rs. *****

Amazon refund transactions id :-

*WBQk*gkA*jZCh*plD - for rs.***

The above mentioned amount has not been reversed to me yet even the deadline has been crossed today on **th July,****. I am warning you that I am gonna take legal route with RBI OMBUDSMAN and try my level best to cancel your Payments bank license by urging RBI to put Moratorium if you aren't going to take apt action and credited my account with rs. ***** as per the reversal.

I hav done several mails and calls to Airtel Payments bank customer care but I got pathetic treatment and worse response in return. Is this why I opened a account in Airtel Payments bank?? Now I want to end every relationship and ties with Airtel as a customer and please I request you to review your policies and services so that any other customer like me don't have to suffer so miserably like this.
