BALAJI DHANANJAYAN filed complaint against Airtel and google pay on Dec 4, 2020
I recharged my mobile number on **/Dec/**** with Rs.*** for airtel postpain number **********. Rs.*** got debited from the account through UPI transaction but still showing as payment due against my Airtel prepaid number. Since I am trying to reach Airtel customer care via phone, email, complaint tickets, but non of these approach worked. I even checked with the bank, they said the payment was successful to beneficiary (airtelin.rzp@icici).
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
