Airtel payment bank ,frozen A/C.
I had credited RS **** on **.Jan.****(Mobile No:**********, transcation ID **********,) .I had forwarded Proof of address,Identity and SOA .As per Airtel transcation date and date on SOA Differs .AS per Bank statement the transaction reflects on **.Jan.****.Bank provided the following explanation,E-Com Transaction on **JAN**** @ **L**(*nd Saturday) the same has been settled by merchant (Airtel)on **JAN** ( Sunday). The settlement reached bank on **JAN** and it was processed on **JAN** batch processing(End of the day).

Result Completed AuthenticationIP xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
I forwaded the above transcation details to Airtel Payment Bank , they agreed to reverse payment .But they failed to reverse.
When i contact them through Email,they start beating around the bush with standard reply we can fix this as soon as we receive a scanned copy of your POA [Proof Of Address]/POI [Proof Of Identity] used while registering along with a copy of credit card/debit card statement with your name & bank name mentioned on statement confirming all web load transaction " Post successful receipt of the required documents, restrictions will be lifted in * working days"
I have been forwarding all the above required documents on all my emails, but I get same standard reply
