Hello, this is Inzamam. I have registered my phone number ********** with Airtel Payment Bank. I am writing to express my concern about the unavailability of debiting my money from my account. I have only been able to credit my account, and this has been going on for a while now. I have made several attempts to reach Airtel's customer service team, but they have not responded to my emails. Whenever I try to call them, they always say their system is down or give excuses. I want to officially complain about this fraudulent activity by the bank.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
