I(Vivek) have tried to made payment on Grofers on *th Aug twice and both times I got transaction failure message but amount debited from credit card. When I checked Airtel Payment bank account amount was credited there . After that I was unable to use that amount for any transaction. When called customer care they are asked for aadhar card copy to activate on **th Aug after that they told issue will be resolved in * days after that they asked for credit card statements on **th which I provided on same day but account still not activated even customer care executives pro missed to provide resolution by max **th Aug. Really I am having the worst experience with Airtel and going forward will not use any service of Airtel and even will not suggest for the same to any one.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
