BHAVADEV ADDEPALLI filed complaint against Airtel mobile recharge on Apr 7, 2021
I called to Amazon ICICI Toll free number on **nd March & **rd March **** (***********) to resolve credit card issue with the bank, during the call there is no mentioning of the call like: this is chargeable call so and so charges for this (No IVR intimation, no message, no mail & information not available in Airtel thanks app), I have received my postpaid bill * days back where charges for the call was *** Rupees (with GST), charging for toll free number or special number without any intimation is not right ? what if some fraud happens like: Card stolen or Calling to hospital during emergency ? * months back I have called Axis bank customer care for credit card issue which also starts, there is a clear intimation that time like: this is chargeable call , if there is a change in process, if there is a intimation why not now, since this is a toll free number we just felt as a normal number, Airtel is looting money without intimation, I feel it's not correct, pls help me, Thanks in advance!
