Airtel Payments Bank - Airtel fastag not being deactivated

My Airtel wallet became dormant since it was not used for over a year, i got to
know when my fastag stopped working which i found only when it did not work at
toll booth.
I have been asking Airtel to deactivate the Airtel fastag and delink it from my
vehicle but they have been working on it since September.
I do not see any solution in sight. I bought a new hdfc fastag but vehicle is still
tagged to Airtel fastag which is showing as blacklisted

Airtel Payments Bank – SMS charges are cut automatically without any information and the company doesn t recieve callsClosed
They cut SMS charges of **.** almost every month and I am not even aware for what reason this is happening. Company doesn't even recieve calls. I am a student and how are they supposed to cut money automatically.
