Similar to another complaint by Abhijit De, I have lost out some english and regional news channels since starting of this week and unable to reach their call center. Tried *********** and line is always busy. Tried other numbers like ***********, ***********, ***********, spoke to one agent who promised it would be restored within ** minutes. No use. Luckily my annual pack got over last year and have been renewing on monthly basis. Plan to switch to Tatasky or some other service provider now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
