Dip Dhar filed complaint against Airtel DTH on Sep 26, 2018
Dear Sir/Madam
For last one year I am using Airtel dth and I found it very much enjoyable as a result I switched to All Hd and Sd infinity pack recharging with ****/- of three month validity from this year. On **st of September **** I received a call from the ********** and it was told to me that they are offering me three months validity of the above mentioned package at just Rs***/- and in this regard I received an SMS from the said number also.
Accordingly my package which will expire today I recharged with the said amount on ** sept **** and I called the number and found switch off. Today morning when I called them they are denying of any such offer. They asked me to sent the SMS which was sent by them I had sent the message but they are now neither picking up my phone nor they are replying. I am also attaching the screen shot of the message. Kindly help me in this matter or I will have to Approach consumer forum.
