Airtel DTH - Airtel DTH DTH connection is not provided

I have ordered Airtel HD DTH connection via airtel app installed on my mobile on ** september.
After payment i got a order id. However, Still I didn't get any call for deliver and install the product. Whenever I called customer care, they are showing that there is no data in there account about my order, and anyhow escaping from this. I have paid ****/- for this connection. Even i have mailed this issue to airtel, still i am not getting any help from them. Please help me.
