Some agent from Airtel give wrong info and make me to take a postpaid connection.
Plan was for *** per month and he said no hidden charges and informed that if we use less data then after first bill we can change the plan to a lower one, but for taking a connection *** plan was the lowest.
He also said that we can convert postpaid to prepaid after * months.
July month bill is *** as it was not for ** days cycle. August it came *** and sept it was ***.
Due to this change in bill I called the agent and he never picked the call, the I contact customer care and the said tax amount is also added for aug and late fee amount for sept and they bar the connection on sept as I am not using the connection. They also said that this sim cannot convert to prepaid and I asked them to disconnect the plan and Airtel store people refused that and asked me to contact customer care. I contacted them and now they are saying even if we didnt use data in October we have to pay for this month as well. The sim was got barred last month and bills are generating.
Please do the needful.
