HIMANSHU DHOMSE filed complaint against Airtel Broadband on Feb 12, 2020
I purchase * months ** mbps plan and the speed i am getting is as low as ** Kbps.
I have called * times to Airtel technician who installed the connection and * times i called customer care in * day.
Whenever i call the customer service, he is able to reset the speed to **mbps but the speed drops to as low as **kbps. after ** minutes of call.
This is too frustrating and i would like to refund full amount and cancel the plan.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
