Hemlata Chauhan filed complaint against Airtel Broadband on Oct 28, 2021
I have an airtel broadband connection and its got installed on *st of Sep **** at Delhi location with a plan of * months (already paid for plan ***+taxes)which later on after ** days get transferred to Gurgaon location as i relocated to this location. And at time of relocation i confirmed with airtel person to shift the connection as it is already paid for * months plan with some benefits and he confirmed that connection remain same and you need not to pay anything for * months.
So i have transferred my connection, but now i am getting mail for bill payment for this month which should not been generated as I have already paid for * months . And my subscriptions also get disconnected as they said they placed a new connection instead of transferring old connection.
After several calls and emails ,got no response and Now they are not transferring my money to new account , also they denied to provide all benefits which I got at time of connection for * year.
They are saying that they will refund the money and no benefit will be provided .

I have tortured mentally as I called airtel broadband customer care *-* times and every call took ** min to * hour with no resolution . Also sent mail for the same but got no positive response .

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
