I requested for Airtel Xstream fibre connection on *th April **** to be installed at my Home in Motiaz royal Citi ZIRAKPUR.
The Executive came the same day collected the money and assured the connection to be installed in few days.
after ** days also there is no response from technical team and when called the don't answer.
The application form no. is ***********.
I want it to be installed maximum by **th April of full refund and written apologies from highest management for delay after paying full amount.
If installation cannot be done why advance fees collected.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
