Gurneet Singh filed complaint against Airtel Broadband on Apr 3, 2020
This is to inform you that i registered for Airtel broadband connection for my home (Desu majra, sec ***, Near maa shimla homes part *, mohali, punjab).
and i have already pay the entire amount in advanced (*** rs/-) on ** of March ****.
They done the commitment that connection will be installed in ** hours as mentioned in there website as well.
but every day they keep saying will be done today tomorrow in * days bla blaa.
and even cause of their fake commitment i took leave from office as well and even missed the chance to leave for my hometown, Just only because of fake commitments .
more over Airtel people disconnect my call in between without giving the proper time and never ans the call again.
if they not able to fulfill there commitment why they do fake commitments.
fake promises.
even at the time of registration they commited that Fiber connection will be installed and now said fiber is not available where just *** meter far away airtel fiber connection is working.
they said only copper will be installed and even after i said ok atleast install it, they keep doing the fake commitments.
every time call atleast *-* time if lucky they will ans the and will get new fake commitment will ***% install the connection today , tomorrow, day after tomorrow which effect my work from home.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
