I applied for airtel broadband connection. One of the representative called me and checked for the availability and speed. She asked me to pay Rs.**** which I did. I paid it through airtel app only. payment txn id : ********* Airtel Xstream Fiber Digital Application Form No. is ***********. Lead ID is eCAF_*********** Later one engineer called me and said that there is no connection available in my address. So they are cancelling it. But till now no cancellation message. No refund. The Airtel engineer and the representative is not picking my calls. Representative number: ********** Engineer Number: ********** I sent email to Airtel customer care.I got a automated reply stating that they will contact me within ** hours. But it's been more than ** days now.they are not taking any action and I did not get any refund. Please help me in getting my refund amount of Rs.****.
