My name is Aman, Airtel representative collected the documents (Aadhar card and Photo) and sent a link to make the payment. After paying Rs.**** to Airtel on line on *th April, I received the SMS from airtel confirming the receipt of payment and informed that within ** hours. (Order No.: *******, Payment transaction id: *********). After lot of follow up Airtel technician told me that there is no connection in my area after stop answering my calls. I called airtel customer service and they said they will call me back but no one calls. I requested for refund but no response from airtel. Request your help to get the refund.
