Airtel Bajaj fianace - Airtel and Baja Finance unaccountability

Hope you are doing well !
I bought a SAMSUNG phone in EMI from Bajaj Finance on August **,**** . My mobile was stolen on Sep **, **** in Shilparamam, Hitech City , Hyderabad at *.** PM . I filed a case in Madhapur police station immediately. There is no officer from the telecommunication department to handle my case on that day. If there is at least one officer from the telecommunication department, I may get my mobile back. My phone rang from *.** pm to *.** PM. But no use. i stayed in the police station alone till *.** PM. I visited the police station again at *.** pm to check if there were any cops from the telecommunication department . But there was no one.I reached my home at night. In the morning the next day, again I travelled for * hours  and reached madhapur police station to meet any police from the telecommunication department.  But no use.They won't bother about my situation and pain, the constable from the telecommunication department  said "you will get a mobile if it was traced, if not just forget it ". I came to know from a friend that Bajaj finance holds access to mobiles which are bought in EMI mode till total EMI is paid by customer.Baja holds access and control to its gadgets till NOC letter is released. I reached bajaj finance via mail, visited warangal branch for help to trace my mobile last location, but they didn't help me. Of course, they even laugh at my situation and doesnt even care about my pain and loss. They just ignored me. I reached the airtel office, i sent mail to airtel  but it was no use. I requested to help them to trace my mobile location. But no one helped me with this.

Bajaj was deducting money from my account monthly for the thing i lost, for the thing i requested their help.

Sir, I wanted to let you know one thing if a finance company or a customer care or a public department failed to provide service this is the situation of a consumer . No mistake/injustice will happen by one person ,For  everything there will be two sides. 

I urge you all to please help me to get justice. I was tired of revolving around the police station , baja finance and reaching other friends' families. I only know the pain of paying my hard earned money for the thing which I won't owe now. I was jobless for * months now. I took the phone in EMI mode after * months of repair of my old phone. My dream was to become a director. But i dont have enough money to shoot a short film with camera. Thus Why i bought phone. I worked hard to feed my stomach and my dreams. Even i completed my bachelors by myself working in night shifts to pay fees.  But now I have lost the way I thought. 

I can provide you with all the documents, payment receipts, and complaint copies. Please help me with this.
