We made a payment of ₹**** to Airtel for a new Airtel AirFiber connection, but the service has not been installed even after * days. After payment, no Connection ID was shared, and no technician contacted us for installation.
The technician assigned did not call or visit, and there has been no update from Airtel regarding installation. The sales executive who convinced us to take the Airtel AirFiber service has seen our messages but is not responding.
We contacted Airtel customer support through emails and calls, but no proper response or support was provided. Only vague replies were received without any clear resolution or timeline, showing very poor customer service.
This unnecessary delay, lack of communication, and negligence have wasted our time and caused mental stress and inconvenience. Due to the poor service experience, we no longer want the Airtel AirFiber connection. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service.
We request immediate cancellation of the request and a full refund of ₹**** paid by us.
