i complained about internet not working on *th august ****. today it is gona be *th day but still not any single person came to visit or call me to resolve my problem. i have sent them so many mails and more than ** times i called them.theire customer representative only says that it will be solve in * days. i have very critical works to do but this people are so careless and un professional. please help me.
