Travolook in - Airline ticket not yet refunded

I have booked a ticket through travolook.in on **/**/**** amounting to ****/ for * passenger , they have cancel the booking due to increas in fare expiration and I spoke to call centre and they told the fund will be credited to account in **days but still the amount has not got credited ,reference number *********....kindly credit the fund to account at the earliest.
