Happyeasygo - Airline Refund not received

I had booked air ticket from Delhi to Pune through Happyeasygo on *th June. However airline (Goair) cancelled the flight which meant full refund should be initiated. Airline already confirmed refung of fare * months back but happyeasy go is still not processing the refund. It is almost * months now. Have been chasing happyeasygo almost daily over email, calls , twitter, however each time I get fake assurances asking to wait for some more time. Seeing this for over * months now I think Happyeasygo is scamming their customers. Apart from myself there are numerous people whom they have cheated in the past
