Indian Airlines - Airline postponed Flight for 1 Day Ticket Cancelled

Niladri Dhar filed complaint against Indian Airlines on Aug 24, 2021

Air India postponed their Flight for * Day which was not acceptable to us as our journey purpose was failed due to which we have cancelled the flight booking.
Now how can Airline refuse to Refund the Airfare. This is our right to get the money back as we have no fault in this case.
