week prior, on June **th, ****, due to the insufficient data limit of *TB per month. I also physically disconnected the device on the same day. Despite this, the service has not been disconnected, and I continue to be charged for the current billing cycle, despite not using the service.
I have sent numerous emails and contacted Airtel customer support multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or resolution. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that my family and I have been loyal Airtel customers for ** years.
