Cleartrip TPSL - Airfare deducted Romney’s my account but no ticket has been issued for two consecutive time

I have booked a return ticket from a Hyd to Delhi and for the **th of December in cleartrip on my debit Card. My account has been debited with Rs. **** but no ticket has been issued. When I contacted the customer Care I was informed that the transaction had failed and I will get a refund in *-* working days. I was asked to RE book the ticket and the trasabction failed again debuted my account twice for the same amount.
