Happy Go Easy - Air tickets refund not processed by travel agent

I have been asking Happy Go Easy to refund my money for cancellation of flight during nation wide lock down in ****. Till now the travel agent have not done my refund
I have checked with airlines they have refunded the full amount to travel agent but I have not received the money Inspite of repeated requests.
