Easemytrip and Qatar Airways - Air ticket refund not issued

I bought Air ticket from Chennai to USA through Easemytrip Portal, Due to covid flight's got cancelled.. I asked for a refund.. I followed up **+ times using multiple channels Phone/email/whatsapp, but they always said we are waiting for airlines. They provided travel voucher, again which was valid during covid period and there was a travel ban.. now they are saying vouchers expired.. not going refund or new vouchers
