Dear sir
I have booked flight ticket on ** june from lko to nagpur via travel look reference no ********* . After * to ** mins of booking my ticket was cancelled from travel look . After communicating to helpline no it was informed that your refund will be done within ** hrs. Several communication done with travel look customer care people, they every time promised that the amount will refund in * to ** days but till **-**-**** no refund done . Please take necessary action regarding this.
