Travolook in - Air ticket money not refunded

i had boked a flight ticket through Tavolook.in on ** Apr ***** from Mumbai to Varansi Indigo Airlines, i paid ****.INR
after making the payment i got a msg that Flight is cancelled due to Covid situtaion, However i chaked with Indigo they said flight is on time as said time,
Now i am following with travolook.in from last * months but when i connect with them on phone the say that money will be refunded with week and most of the time their representative disconnect the call after putting on hold.
would requet you to help me in this situation.
