I booked a ticket by GOAIR on *.** - * passengers, thro a debit card from Nagpur to Pune thro easemytrip site paying Rs **** , travel date **.** , PNR A**ETJ, later I learnt no such flight was operating in this sector so complained to Go air amd they gave full refund which Easemytrip claims to have process in **.** but still have not recd in my bank after writing my complaints
