It’s more then ** month and I still not received my refund for My booking for the date **/**/*** via IRCTC FLIGHT for AIR INDIA flight which was about to held on the date **/**/***
As per nation wide Covid situation all the preventive measures taken and as per govt order the flight take offs where shutdown for more then *-*months.
Now it’s time our refund to get back , hence I email them at there end for refund for more the * times but no conclusion came up as they always end the mail with we put on the issue at higher authority’s and to wait for some more days to resolve the issue and getting the refund.

But I swear I till not received my refund to this day.
