I made a flight booking on Air India Express website on **th Dec early morning. I made payment and received PNR and itinerary. Booking was made for a flight from Dubai DXB to Goa GOI and back, for my wife who is travelling on a medical emergency. Onward journey on ** Dec **:**am Dubai time and return on ** Jan.
However, when i opened website for web check in on **th Dec, bookinh was showing cancelled and status says REFUND IN PROCESS. But I never asked to cancel or refund my booking.
After talking to multiple customer care agents and submitting payment proofs, I received email confirmation from Air India Express team that the payment was received on **th Dec. After that I have been asking them to re-activate my booking, but they are disconnecting my calls and not responding in email. And asking me to wait * days for payment to reflect in their system.
I made payment on **Dec, Air India Express received payment on ** Dec, to travel on ** Dec for a flight booked for **Dec. But they are asking me to wait until *th Jan.
My wife's doctor appointment is on **th Dec and they asking me to wait one week, just because of their inefficiency and mistake.
