Sr Veterinary Inspector - Air filter cover does not fixed properly so it makes loud noise

My car KA** M**** grand I **. Was service few months back.that day I have told the advisor about noise from bonnet..and he replace new cover for air filter but there is no clamp.,he told me plastic tie is enough, nothing to worry., after few days the tie will broken, again I feel the same problems
