Res-Q Appliances Private Limited - Air conditioner Service

I purchased a *.* TR Hitachi AC with a *-year service plan for my business, but the service team is now completely disregarding the plan despite my regular follow-ups and complaints. I have been calling them two or three times per day since **/**/****, but the ResQ service team seems to have turned a blind eye to the issue. Despite registering my complaint multiple times, there has been no impact on the situation. The behavior of the ResQ team is causing daily losses in my business, and I demand strict action against them.
