Agoda hotel bookings - Agoda Fraud

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Travel Agency

The issue that I have experienced was: I did Booking Via Agoda on ** march **** in hotel 'Ridley International'.
When i arrived to hotel they denied my check in saying they have not received any confirmation from agoda.com

Hotel person showed me the mails they received but my mail was not in the list and my booking reference number also they searched in the system but not showing anything.

I contacted agoda custome care and there mobile number was not working and its saying invalid.

I already made the payment from agoda now my money is stuck and they are refunding my amount.

I kindly request you to check.

It occurred on: ****-**-**

This meant that I am totally disappointed and being harrased from agoda they are not refunding my payment just cheating me completely.

I want my money back .
